1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and h b22 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the hb22 platform available at hb22.bet and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing hb22.bet, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet on the platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and hb22. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the content of a specific promotion page, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that promotion only; in all other respects these Terms govern.

hb22 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of hb22 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an account on the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 18+ hb22 operates a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, court injunction, or any other legal restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gambling activities.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed by hb22 for breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of understanding the nature and consequences of the bets and wagers you place on the platform.

hb22 employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any player at any time. Such documents may include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Until satisfactory verification is provided, hb22 may suspend deposit, withdrawal, and wagering privileges on the relevant account.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of products and services on hb22 — including sports betting, live casino, slots, Win Drop, and Color Prediction — you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge and is completed via the hb22 Login page. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account management.

• You may register only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed without notice.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hb22 login credentials, including your username and password. hb22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify hb22 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party or that your login credentials have been compromised.
• Account credentials — including your registered email address, username, and linked payment methods — may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
• hb22 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation from any player prior to approving withdrawals or as part of routine compliance checks. KYC documents typically include proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.

Players who complete KYC verification in full will benefit from faster withdrawal processing times and higher transaction limits. We strongly encourage all hb22 account holders to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when requesting withdrawals.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

hb22 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. The following payment methods are currently supported: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay (UCB), Visa, and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

The following financial conditions apply to all transactions on the hb22 platform:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits are applied on a per-account basis and may be adjusted following KYC review.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your hb22 account within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank card transactions may take up to 10 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within a target timeframe of 15 minutes to 4 hours for verified accounts using mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• hb22 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider or card issuer may apply their own transaction fees, for which hb22 bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund the account, or to a verified method added through your account settings. This policy exists to protect players against fraud and unauthorised withdrawals.
• hb22 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC documentation.
• Deposits are made for the purpose of real-money wagering only. hb22 does not offer a deposit facility for the purpose of storing funds. Players who wish to withdraw a deposit that has not been wagered may be subject to an administrative review before the withdrawal is approved.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hb22 offers a range of bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, BPL and IPL cricket betting promotions, and seasonal offers aligned with events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated on the relevant promotion page.

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only. 18+
• Each bonus promotion may be claimed once per eligible player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal can be approved. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Where no wagering requirement is stated, a default of 30x applies.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to uncompleted wagering requirements at the end of the validity period will be removed from the account without compensation.
• hb22 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to the original wagering requirements.
• Bonuses may not be used in conjunction with other bonuses or promotions unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
• hb22 reserves the right to withhold bonus credits and associated winnings from any player who is found to have abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or the exploitation of technical errors.

Decisions made by hb22 regarding the eligibility of individual players for specific promotions, and regarding compliance with bonus terms, are final. Players who believe a bonus-related decision has been made in error should contact [email protected] with full details of their query.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

hb22 offers a broad range of gaming and betting products including live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti), sports betting (cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC fixtures, football, kabaddi, hockey), slots, Win Drop, and Color Prediction. The following general rules apply across all product categories. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market and form an extension of these Terms.

• All bets and wagers placed on hb22 are final once confirmed. Players should carefully review their selections before confirming a bet. hb22 is not obligated to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on the part of the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or platform error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, hb22 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. No further compensation will be payable.
• Odds, game outcomes, and RNG results are generated independently and cannot be influenced by hb22 staff, players, or third parties. All live casino games are provided by certified operators including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. All slots and RNG-based games use independently tested random number generator technology.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all betting markets and game tables. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted without prior notice.
• Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and competition. Cricket markets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB for BPL fixtures). In-play bet settlement follows the same rules as pre-match settlement.
• hb22 reserves the right to suspend, close, or void any market at its discretion where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, match-fixing, or the availability of inside information that could compromise the integrity of the market.
• Winnings from casino games and sports bets are credited to your hb22 account balance immediately upon settlement. Winnings from bonus-funded rounds are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant bonus.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By accessing and using hb22, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and consistent with the integrity of the platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform's functionality.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, whether in live casino games, poker variants, or sports betting, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors for financial gain. Any winnings accumulated through a known or suspected error must be reported to [email protected] and will be subject to review and potential reversal.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile money provider in bad faith after depositing on hb22.
• Using the hb22 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose. hb22 has a legal obligation to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities and will do so without prior notice to the account holder.
• Posting or transmitting abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing content through any communication channel provided by hb22, including live chat and email support.
• Allowing any third party — including a family member, friend, or business associate — to access or operate your hb22 account on your behalf.

hb22 employs a dedicated risk and compliance team that monitors platform activity around the clock. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate action without prior warning. hb22's decisions in all matters of prohibited conduct are final and are not subject to appeal unless new material evidence is presented.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Either party — the player or hb22 — may initiate the closure of a player account. The process and consequences differ depending on whether the closure is voluntary (player-initiated) or enforced (Company-initiated).

Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your hb22 account at any time by contacting [email protected] with your registered email address and a written closure request. Before closing your account, any remaining balance will be reviewed for withdrawal eligibility. Bonus balances subject to outstanding wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances that are eligible for withdrawal will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

Responsible gaming closure (self-exclusion): Players who wish to close their account as a responsible gaming measure may request a temporary cool-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) or permanent self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed without delay. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent. Company-initiated suspension or closure: hb22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a valid legal order requiring account closure or asset freezing.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of another account held by the same individual.

Where an account is closed by hb22 due to breach of these Terms, any balance within the account — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending winnings — may be forfeited at hb22's discretion. Where the closure relates solely to a KYC or verification issue (and not to fraud or breach of Terms), real-money funds will be held securely and returned upon satisfactory resolution of the verification matter.
